A three-day experience

Day 1

You travel on your own to the training venue, arriving at 13:00. We settle in with coffee, introduce the IDG framework, and explore the first two dimensions. Together, we cook dinner. The day ends with exercises and meditation before rest.

Day 2

After breakfast, we prepare for a day’s hike and head out in the surrounding nature. Time outdoors is combined with exercises and reflective conversations. We cover the third and fourth dimensions. In the evening, we prepare a shared dinner and conclude with a reflective group activity.

Day 3

After breakfast, we pack up and focus on the fifth dimension. We summarize the days, create personal development plans, and close the training at 12:00.
