Leadership Development for the City Builders of Tomorrow

With new managers in place and increasing demands on leadership, Radar identified the need to strengthen confidence, clarity, and alignment in its leadership culture. By combining internal process development with a tailored leadership program, managers practiced real cases and structured dialogues – creating shared understanding and a stronger foundation for leading teams in line with the company’s goals and culture.

Radar is an architectural firm striving to create meaningful environments for the future through sensory design and thoughtful execution. During a period of challenges related to both market conditions and new managers, the need was identified to strengthen leaders’ ability to guide their teams with confidence, clarity, and alignment with the company’s goals and culture, as well as to build shared understanding in operational leadership.

“Beyond Talking, through a long-standing collaboration, has gained deep knowledge and insight into our company and proposes spot-on solutions that match our needs and our business. The training of our managers provides a secure foundation to build on and fosters clear leadership at Radar. In our employee surveys, the collaboration with the immediate manager receives top scores.”

Together with the client, internal processes were developed and a program was created that took its starting point in the managerial role and formal frameworks. Based on the participants’ own needs for practice, the work continued with trainings and workshops focused on different types of conversations between managers and employees.

In the program, managers worked with and reflected on both their own real cases and fictional scenarios, and practiced conversation structures and feedback techniques.
